My frame came without acrylic. What do I do?

All of our frames come with a acrylic front. The acrylic is blue in color or brown, depending on our vendor at the time. When opening your frame, look for a 4x4 sticker with a sexy banana on the front of the blue acrylic. This sticker explains how to remove the protective covering on the acrylic and how to load your frame.
Do I need tools to assemble my frame?

No tools are needed to assemble our frames. Slightly lift end of Spring Clip and swing to the left or right. CAUTION: The Spring Clips maybe sharp.
I bought a Display Frame, but I didn't get an insert.

Everything is INSIDE of the frame. To make sure items do not get damaged during shipping, the Insert is place inside of the frame. If you ordered a frame with holders like the US Quarter Display frames, then the holders and insert are already loaded into the frame. Simply lift and rotate the spring clips and you will find all of the parts inside.
Digital Proofs - Chips & Dice

A digital proof will be sent within 24 hours of placing your order. Please check your SPAM folder as sometimes it will land there. Personalized chips and dice are never produced until you approve the artwork.
Can I have different color dice?

When placing an order for dice, you may have any color combination you desire. The only requirement is that the text must be the same. Find the Personalization area and indicate the colors/qty you would like.
Can we put our photo on our chip?

YES! Email your photos to GamesAndFrames@Yahoo.com Please send an original photo from the camera with the highest resolution possible. Do not crop or resize the photo. For best results, find a photo that has a background, because we need to convert your rectangular image into a round image for the casino chip.
Can I use my own design or logo?

Yes! Please forward your design in Vector format to GamesAndFrames@Yahoo.com We can work with AI, EPS, PDF, or SVG formats. If you want a specific font, please send the font and text that you would like to use.
Are personalized chips or dice returnable?

Your item will be personalized exactly as you enter the information with your order. Before we create your order, we will email you a graphic proof of the design for approval. What are your chips made of?

Our casino-quality chips are made in a plastic injection mold and have a metal core. They are 11.5 grams and 40mm in diameter, the same size and weight as the chips you will find in Las Vegas casinos.
What kind of label do you use on the chip?

We utilize the latest in highest quality color label printer to print brilliant full-color labels. Our 4800 dpi printing capabilities offer the best the printing industry has to offer. This is not your standard desktop printer. We do not use over-the-counter labels. We use a polyester high gloss water-resistant label with permanent adhesive, which has been custom die-cut to our specifications.
