Shipping & Returns
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Games and Frames. All orders ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.
Processing and Domestic Delivery Times
All frame orders are processed within 1-2 days. Orders that arrive during the weekend or holiday will ship on Monday or the next business day.
Personalized orders such as “Personalized Dice and Chips” will take 1-2 weeks to produce, and large orders may take up to 3 weeks.
Standard shipping typically takes between 2-8 days for destinations within the United States. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed a few days. Additionally, nationwide and global shipping delays (such as those caused by COVID, holiday volumes, lack of workers, or inclement weather) may impact your estimated delivery date.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and carrier. Once you receive your tracking number, please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking portal to update.
If your items were damaged during shipping, please send an image to GamesAndFrames@yahoo.com or call us at 702.642.6902. Please keep all packing materials in the event that an inspection is needed for a damage claim with the carrier.
Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase. Please note that we do not pay for return shipping. Contact us at GamesAndFrames@yahoo.com to request an R.A. #. Once you receive a R.A. #, return items in original undamaged packaging with R.A. # inside. A refund will be processed when the returned item is received. If the item being returned is damaged due to poor repackaging, a full refund may be denied.
